Meet our doctors:
Nelson Wong, M.D., who received his medical degree from Stony Brook University School of Medicine, and completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Washington in Seattle, where he also served as Chief Resident. He is also an attending physician at Orange Regional Medical Center, and he has served as Chairman of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine and as a member of the hospital’s Medical Executive Committee. He is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Wong has been in practice for over 20 years.
Inocencia Carrano, M.D., who received a medical degree from Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons and completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in NY, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Carrano is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and in Spinal Cord Injury Medicine. She is also the Medical Director of Orange Regional Wound Healing Center, where specialists utilize proven wound care methods that are specific to the needs of patients with chronic, non-healing wounds. Dr. Carrano has been in practice for over 20 years.
Daniel Perri, M.D., retired from active practice with Advantage Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in May 2019, after 25 years in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine fields. He will be greatly missed and we wish him much luck in his future endeavors.
Medical Records: Your medical records are confidential and will remain on file with Advantage Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. If you decide to choose another physician outside of our practice, you will need to sign an authorization form before we can release your medical records. Please note, by law, we cannot share your medical information without your written consent. You may sign this form at our office or you may complete the necessary paperwork at your first visit with your new doctor. If you need hard copies of these medical records printed and provided to you, there are the usual and customary charges to cover the cost of labor, copying, or postage.
